This notice explains how Core Balance Pilates uses the details you send us when you join our waitlist.
Core Balance Pilates is a trading name of MBHC Pilates Ltd (company no. 17428689), Hever Suite, Hever Road, Edenbridge TN8 7NP. We are responsible for your information. Contact us at hello@corebalancepilatesstudio.com.
Your name, your email address, and anything else you choose to include in your email. Please don’t send health details at this stage; we’ll ask for what we need at your assessment.
Only to add you to our waitlist and tell you when the studio opens and booking starts. We use it because you asked us to. We won’t send you newsletters or offers unless you separately agree to receive them.
Only us. It’s held securely in our email account with Gmail (Google). We never sell or share your details.
Until three months after the studio opens, or sooner if you ask. Then we delete it, unless you’ve become a client or agreed to hear from us.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to be taken off the waitlist, at any time. Just email us and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
